Founded and led by Amy Haynes Clark

Decisively Different is led by Amy Clark, a senior design and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience operating at the intersection of strategy, design, and enterprise systems.

Amy has managed design-led innovation and operating model work inside global organizations including IBM and Adobe, partnering directly with executive leadership during moments of significant business and technological change. With a doctorate in innovative leadership and a passion for creating psychologically safe cultures, Amy brings a warmth and trust to teams that inspires the motivation necessary to adapt to change.

Her work focuses on translating executive intent into shared direction, decision clarity, and execution momentum — particularly in complex, regulated, or highly visible environments.

How We Work

Every engagement is led directly by Amy.

Engagements are structured as fractional executive partnerships, providing senior-level design leadership embedded within the organization, without the overhead or rigidity of a full-time role.

This allows leaders to access experienced decision support exactly where it’s needed, while maintaining flexibility as priorities evolve.
